How to Cancel Your Membership

You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Here's exactly what to expect before, during, and after cancellation.

  1. Log in to your account and open your account settings.

  2. Locate your active membership or subscription.

  3. Select the option to cancel and confirm your cancellation.

You will retain full access to 7613 until the end of your current billing period. Your membership will not renew, and no further membership fees will be charged. Refunds are not issued for unused time after the initial 14-day cancellation period. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your membership, where required by applicable consumer protection law.
